Italian Speaking Email Support Reps
Duties:
– Providing assistance to italian speaking customers via e-mail and tickets – Analysing customer behaviour and suggesting steps to improve experience and service – Communicating with other teams on resolving customer issues
The person we are looking for:
is a disciplined team player
has a good level of emotional intelligence
speaks Italian language on a native level
can work in English speaking environment
