Job Description

Our Client, a company offering  services to Igaming industry, is now looking for a Native German Support Agent to join their international team in Barcelona

The main tasks are:

  • Help and communicate with our customers via phone, e-mail and live chat.

  • Providing customer support on gaming, financial, technical and any applicable issues related to the customer support department.

  • Perform outbound calls according to the company policies and corporate values.

  • Guide customers through the site and/or mobile phones and assisting them in using the various services and products offered. Resolve all sorts of technical problems reported by customers.

Qualifications required:

  • Native in German – both verbal and written
  • At least one years’ experience in Customer Support
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Works under minimum supervision.
  • Be flexible when it comes to working hours
