Client Services Manager


We have an exceptional opportunity, within a successful trust company located in Gibraltar, to be part of and manage a growing team.


The role:


  • Ensuring client cultivation and stewardship through effective service delivery and management of client relationships.
  • Managing a team of administrators and their portfolios, providing planning, organisation, direction and support on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensuring revenue generation within team through effective billing and timely collections.
  • Co-ordinating and managing workflow and feed into other internal teams, systems and operational infrastructure by collaborating effectively to ensure an all-round and complete service to the client base.
  • Supporting the Director in generating and developing new business.
  • Providing oversight for team’s receipt and processing of all client service requirements, including service-quality issues with a goal of ensuring client satisfaction;
  • Ensuring client retention and care on an ongoing basis, whilst resolving enquiries and complaints;
  • Leading internal and external client relations as the first point of contact for resolving servicing issues;
  • Managing and developing staff, planning their workload and cover, identifying their training requirements and/or providing coaching and training as appropriate;
  • Site visits to clients and contacts in respect of any of the above duties when required;
  • Proactively identifying and developing new business prospects and revenue streams;
  • Attendance at trade events and shows as required, with a view to promoting the Company and identifying new business opportunities;


Your profile:


  • Proven leadership, management and strategic skills;
  • Technical awareness and experience of trust, company and niche markets environment and legislation;
  • Experience in negotiation and conflict resolutions skills;
  • Solid communication and presentation skills;
  • Analytical and organisational skills and
  • Passion for client services;
