What will you be doing?
You will play a major role in onboarding, retaining and reactivating our player base through innovative campaigns that generate loyalty and value.
Typical tasks will include:
Working closely with the Head of CRM when it comes to planning and coordinating multi-channel, segmented life cycle campaigns
Utilize customer list management skills for A/B testing and segmentation to discover best practices within each customer segment
Develop an annual campaign calendar divided into quarterly and monthly action plans in co-operation with management, business operations and product or game launches
Production and delivery of CRM campaign briefs
Perform quality control checks on the quality and content of all campaigns across different client/browser/device combinations and ensure sign off for all main languages
Deliver innovative campaigns, focusing on onboarding, retaining and reactivating our player-base along with differentiating the brand against competitors
Manage communication of campaigns across different channels including Email, onsite, direct mail, forums, PR and social media
Project management to deliver the campaigns, working with the design, content and games team, country managers, the acquisition team and third-party suppliers to deliver all elements, on time and on budget
Manage CRM campaign budget
Model and forecast campaign performance and expected costs as a part of the planning process
Manage the Profit & Loss of all campaigns once the campaign has ended
Campaign evaluation and recommendations for future planning
Ensure that the whole team captures and implements the key learnings
Keeping abreast of industry trends and providing competitor analysis where relevant
Who are you?
You take initiative, have great organisational skills and is a self-motivated team player
You have strong technical and analytic capabilities and is results driven
Have previous experience of owning and managing online marketing campaigns with excellent knowledge in online casino
Fluent in English
