Affiliate Manager – Online Casino

Based: London

Reports to: CMO

Salary:  £40-45K – plus monthly bonus based on achieving targets – 20%

 

Role Summary

Based in the central London office, working in the Marketing team directly for CMO.   You will work with the team to identify new, manage existing affiliate partners and acquire players for the site through a creative approach to sourcing high value players to the brand.

They are looking for someone with solid experience of the affiliate market, international experience would be highly regarded.  You must be a self-starter with great organisational skills, time management and the ability to multi-task

This is a great opportunity for an established affiliate marketing manager to join the team as they focus on international acquisitions in 2018.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and pro-actively managing a portfolio of affiliate partners
  • Pro-actively acquire, activate and retain new affiliates
  • Monitoring, analysing and developing the return on investment of all campaigns under their account management
  • Negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements with all existing partners under their account management
  • Identifying new potential opportunities in the relevant product vertical
  • Establishing and maintaining strong partner relationships
  • Work with product teams to keep creative up to date and understand all new promotions and bonuses
  • Assist in developing and maintaining market leading position in the affiliate space
  • Working with numerical data
  • Attending affiliate conferences

 

Essential Criteria:

  • Account management/sales, digital marketing or affiliate marketing background
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Team player who is results driven and self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English – both written and spoken

 

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in the UK online casino affiliate market
  • Experience with CPA (Cost Per Action), Revenue Share, CPC (Cost-Per-Click) and CPM (Cost-Per-Mill) payment models
  • Working knowledge of Income Access

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Access to Bupa PMI on completion of 6 month probationary period
  • 25 days Holiday per annum in addition to UK bank holidays
  • 4x annual salary death in service benefit

Negotiable
