German speaking Technical Support Engineer

Key job responsibilities for this German speaking Technical Support Engineer in Cape Town, South Africa:

• Supporting our Endpoint products, including but not limited to ENS, MVision, including information requests and managing customer technical issues to resolution, maintaining proactive communication at all times.
• Helping customers to proactively combat Malware attacks
• Providing technical support for Enterprise Support Customers.
• Working on Service Request / Support allocations, as well as internal improvement projects.
• Provide administrative support, including producing reports for management.
• Log all activity associated with any service request in our CRM system so that a complete and thorough record is maintained.
• Taking ownership of technical issues until a resolution is provided.
• Participation in Technical Forums.

 Key job requirements for this German speaking Technical Support Engineer in Cape Town, South Africa:

• Native fluency in German and advanced knowledge of English
• Experienced in managing Global Enterprise Customers..
• Network or IT Security related certifications.
• MAC OS and/or Linux exposure.
• Working knowledge of MS SQL
• Able to quickly learn about new products and technologies.
• With excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to assess and understand the impact, severity and urgency of issues.
