An international media company is looking for fluent Swedish speakers to join their fast-paced team of customer service hosts in Johannesburg, South Africa. This Swedish speaking Customer Service Host job, will require you to provide a professional world class service to the needs of the organization’s global customers.

  • Responding to customer queries by telephone, email and online chats
  • Processing pertinent information into relevant databases
  • Customer relationship building and management as well as cross selling of products and services

  • Offering translation services to the organisation
  • Performing extra tasks given by managers as required
