Your key job responsibilities as the VIP Country Manager in Prague, Czech Republic will include:

  • Manage the regional team assigned to you
  • Pushing your team’s Supervisor/s and Team Lead/s to hit targets and monitor the moderation process of team quality (calls/emails)
  • Develop, plan and implement strategies aimed at maximizing VIP customer lifetime value and profitability
  • Work with the Head of VIP and Head of Retention Marketing to define the contact strategies for VIP customer segments needed to deliver turnover and NGR targets
  • Proactively encourage NGR growth & use of new channels and platforms e.g. Mobile
  • Work alongside the Retention Marketing team to make sure all player performance and offers are analyzed and evaluated accordingly
  • Ensure that your Supervisors and Team Leads are completing ROI reports based on campaigns they request
  • Work alongside the customer service team, payments and fraud departments and escalate VIP issues to be a priority for resolution. This includes being proactive with chargebacks and MVP payment lists.
  • Provide constructive feedback from VIP customers to the business to improve product enhancements and revenue opportunities
  • Market awareness and competitor awareness (know the competition and what they are doing that we could replicate)

Requirements for this VIP Country Manager job in Prague, Czech Republic:

  • Full relocation assistance will be provided
  • English speaker. Fluency in a 2nd language is a plus
  • Business-oriented with focus on marketing, analytics or communications
  • Driven by a desire to provide top-class attentive service to high-value customers, while being articulate with first class verbal and written communication abilities
  • Passionate about Account Management
  • Knowledge of the betting industry (advantageous)
  • A quick learner who can master the Contact Management tools we use and learn to analyse the data provided
  • Analytically curious and able to identify customer trigger points so that their marketing activity has the maximum impact. (Retention Marketing)
  • Flexible to work weekends and after office hours
  • Experience of managing VIP customers within an online gaming brand is preferred
  • Knowledge of how to use contact management systems to their full potential
  • Ability to drive change across all levels of an organization – clearly define, articulate and build a roadmap to revolutionize a department’s culture and ways of working
