Job Description

The Client

Our client is a leading global hospitality brand with an excellent reputation for style and service. They are currently looking for an Payroll & HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and directing the operation and maintenance of the full payroll system
  • Prepare monthly payroll journals for monthly ledger posting
  • Manage all tax returns, social security reports and all other payroll related to government reporting
  • Maintaining complete and accurate earnings records for each employee
  • Keeping control over employee vacation and social security entitlements and coordinates payments
  • Assist the HR Manager in the hiring of employees for the hotel through established policies and procedures
  • Assist the HR Manager in the daily operation of the HR Department

Requirements

  • Must have a thorough knowledge of all tax and other government regulation
  • Must have a working knowledge of associates contracts and agreements
  • Knowledge of Shireburn Payroll system will be considered an asset
