What is expected of you?
- Be the clients' first point of contact and act as their representative within the agency
- Collaborate with team members as necessary to meet project and client requirements
- Be able to recognize critical issues and resolve them strategically
- Handle, monitor and communicate project milestones and progress to ensure all projects are executed in a timely and budgetary manner
- Manage schedules and workloads for the team
- Maintain relationships and coordinate deliverables with external partners and suppliers
- Develop and implement processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
