Job Description

Our client, a well established online gaming company, with offices across Europe is looking for a Swedish Customer Support agent to be based in its Gibraltar office.

 

The role

 

  • Act as a first point of contact for players providing them with a best in class service.
  • Handling all customer related queries via all contact channels (telephone, chat and emails)
  • Providing memorable, first-class entertainment experiences for all of our client valued Players. Your fun and engaging conversation will both inform and educate, injecting life into our client Chat rooms
  • Host promotions, quizzes and media games, in line with promotional schedules and targets
  • Analyse and investigate accounts being brought to relevant Operation queues and reports and takes relevant actions on such accounts as required 
  • Work as part and alongside the Swedish Team Leader and Supervisors and other departments

 

 

Your profile

 

  • Swedish speaker at a native level with fluency in English
  • Online gaming experience is a must including slots, bingo and casino
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer focused
  • Ability to work independently, to tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast moving pressured environment
  • Willing to work shifts
