Your role will be fast paced and dynamic, working in a team environment, assisting customers with queries and providing customer solutions over the telephone and via email. Your key job responsibilities as the Japanese speaking Call Centre Agent in Durban, South Africa  will include:

  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, either on the phone or via email communication.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy with all reservations.
  • Able to work under pressure, particularly through the busy summer period.
  • Assisting in maintaining excellent relationships with third party booking agents.
  • Successful at converting new enquiries, and meeting sales targets.
  • Responsible for effective communication and organisation of daily manifests

Requirements for this Japanese speaking Call Centre Agent in Durban, South Africa :

  • Proficient in English and Japanese (oral and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Be available on weekends and public holidays.
  • Have excellent phone manner, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Have a high level of initiative and quick decision making ability.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Be a team player, who can work well within a demanding environment.
