Your key job responsibilities as the Swedish speaking Support Consultant in Cape Town, South Africa will include:

• Be the primary point of contact for customer requests, becoming the most valuable ambassador
• Utilise phone calls, e-mails and chats in order to provide a seamless experience to new and existing customers

Requirements for this Swedish speaking Support Consultant job in Cape Town, South Africa:

• Fluency in Swedish – both in written and spoken language
• Very good use of English
• Work experience in a customer/tech support role is welcome
• Familiarity with TV solutions and streaming services will be considered an asset
