As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll be responsible for handling inquiries related to product information, pricing, reservations, and providing assistance with the Airline website.

Your primary role is to be the main point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service with a smile. You'll be answering questions regarding flight reservations, cancellations, and online check-ins via phone in Polish and English.

To qualify, you must have fluent knowledge of Polish and English languages, excellent communication skills, flexibility, stress tolerance, a spirit of eagerness to learn new skills, and good PC skills.
