On behalf our client, we are looking for a Senior Corporate & Commercial Lawyer in Malta
 
Responsibilities: 

• Successful candidates will be required to advise our clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including corporate mergers, asset and share sales and acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures, and commercial contracts.
• The role will suit driven, confident candidates with a sense of commercial awareness and demonstrable skills in corporate and commercial law, who want to develop and thrive within an exciting and internationally focused team.

 Requirements:

• A Law degree, & Bar Certified, even if in another country,
• Minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience - ideally in Maltese Corporate &.Commercial Law (open to accept candidates that studied in Malta but then worked abroad).
• Experience in advising on complex corporate and commercial matters.
