Job Description

L&L Europe Ltd is hiring Norwegian Customer Support.  We are a successful international online casino operator with many high quality brands in our portfolio.  We are growing and need your help to give players the best online support in the market.

Our customer support systems are easy to learn even if you have no experience in gaming. We will give you excellent training on them and the gaming industry as a whole.  If this is your first support or gaming role, we know there is a lot to learn.  We expect you'll be slower at the start and might make some mistakes.  Then after a month or two you'll be quicker and making less mistakes.  Simple right?  Also, we do not push our agents to hit targets as we believe in putting the players first.  We want you to speak to the players like a friend so there are no forced scripts or chat time limits.  As avid casino players ourselves, we know that good customer support is based around well trained, naturally speaking, and empowered staff.

 We believe in our staff and have centered our company around giving the best working environment in Malta.  We love working here and are sure you will too!  We know that micromanaging and strict rules causes stress and feelings of distrust.  You are given a lot independence to do the job here and you take breaks, have lunch, play in the games room, etc... as you decide.

The Role:

  • Answer players by phone, live chat and e-mail (mostly chat and email)
  • Create and translate content about our promotions
  • Follow validation procedures of customer accounts
  • Proactively contact players

 Your Qualities:

  • Friendly personality
  • Fluency in spoken and written Norwegian and English
  • Capable of multitasking
  • Be on time to work shifts
  • Decent typing speed and know your way around computers
