As a Customer Support Agent your main tasks will be to help and guide customers in the use of our clients products!
Your will..
- provide guidance and help customers via phone and e-mail
- resolve technical issues and operational questions
- provide usage information
- handle all complaints and inquiries
- provide basic technical support and answer simple questions
You..
- are fluent in German and English (verbal and written)
- are able to multitask and work under pressure
- love to communicate
- have previous experience in customer service
- are a fast learner and are very motivated to start a new challenge
