We are looking for a Training Specialist, who would approach this role and Learning & Development as a driver of upskilling and who is passionate about building the best employee experience through seamless service. Main responsibilities
The main responsibility of the Training Specialist is to support local L&D managers and specialists with administrative tasks related to organizing agreed trainings, in accordance with the unit’s training plan. Tasks include for example:
Handling complex training agenda after being approved by L&D manager
Coordinating schedules with internal/external trainers and managers/business stakeholders
Managing rooms, waiting lists, enrollments and cancellations
Communicating with learners by sending invitations, agreeing on changes to enrollments, etc.
Tracking approvals, pre-work assignments, test scores or similar
Acting as a facilitator for selected programs on virtual platforms
Reporting on organized trainings, including statutory reporting
Any other administrative tasks (e.g. related to the management of local grants)

Requirement
Motivation to learn and work in HR environment (Learning & Development)
Previous experience as a coordinator would be a plus
Fluent and advanced level of Dutch (from B2 up)
Communicative level of English (from B1 up)
Ability to effectively communicate about learning and development opportunities to different stakeholders
Good organizational and collaboration skills
Proactivity and cross-cultural skills
Ability to work within a team as well as independently
