As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing assistance related to sales matters, clarifying invoicing and payments (including dropping procedures, payment plans, deferred payments, and cancellation costs), advising clients of tariff changes (including proposing product changes or discounts), and increasing client satisfaction while building and maintaining good, long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Secondary school level of qualification
- Previous proven customer service experience
- Dutch – native level (oral and written)
- English - working level
- Experience with CRM systems a plus
- MS Office skills
- Willingness to learn

- Strong communication skills
- Able to work autonomously
- Not afraid to take decisions
