Handle customer requests via phone, email, and live chat
Act as an ambassador for the company
Maintain customer data
Clarify customer inquiries about service, subscription, payment, and technical requirements
Respond to requests and comments via various channels
Native-level fluency in Norwegian
Experience in customer service, communications, or similar roles
Good knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
