Our client is a very reputable and solid Corporate Services provider, well-known by their dynamic working atmosphere. We are seeking to recruit a self-driven HR Administrator that will be able to manage his/her own work load whilst being eager to learn and develop in this field.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support to the HR department;
• Assist Line Managers and the HR department with the recruitment process;
• Assist in the drafting of contracts and coordinating the engagement and termination process of employees;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records and documents with integrity and confidentiality;
• Submit employee information to the relevant authorities and departments;
• Liaise with the payroll team to ensure that any updates reach them in time for the monthly payroll;
• Take charge of the induction process for new employees and assist in ongoing training;
• Assist the HR department on any employee complaints and provide support to resolve conflicts;
• Assist with performance management process;
• Assist the HR department with the planning and execution of events;
• Performs other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• A minimum A' Level standard of education, with 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role;
• Excellent communication skills, assertive with impeccable fluency in written and spoken English AND Maltese;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• An eye-for-detail and able to work autonomously;
• Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Highly computer literate with MS Office Suite
