Are you a people-person looking for a new challenge under the Spanish sun? We are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Agents for the travel industry in Barcelona, Spain!

Working through 3 channels: Email, chat and phone

- You will take care of one communication channel at a time. If you are experienced, you might receive chats and an additional channel.

- Inquiries from customers will be mostly about rental cars, and answering questions from customers.

Job responsibilities:

-  Listening skills, responding and mediating between our international travelers and suppliers to resolve issues.

-  Replying to emails and messages from customers all over the world in English and native German.

-  Navigating different online IT tools and browsers to provide accurate information.

- Supporting your teammates and colleagues with peer-to-peer learning and constructive feedback to encourage a positive working environment.

-  Regular involvement with company events, team meetings and projects.

-  Most importantly, always ensuring a high level of customer service.

Service information:

-  50% native calls (German) + 50% English calls

-  Per market, it can be that there are more calls in English but depending on the season.

Job requirements:

-  Written and oral fluency in German + English

-  A problem-solving and solution-driven mentality with a positive, motivated mindset

-  An open mind to changing priorities and business processes.

-  Intermediate IT skills.

- Desire to work in a team-based, fast-paced international environment where they will embrace different cultures, nationalities and languages.  

Schedule:

- Full-time position (39 hours/week)

- Monday to Sunday with 2 weekends off per month (when working weekends, you get 2 free days in a row)
*Working from home until further notice.

- Hybrid working module 

Training:

- 5 weeks (paid)

Holidays:

-  27 days of holidays per year

-  No holidays in the first 5 weeks due to training

Salary:

-  22.597,99€ gross/year (1883€ gross/month)
