Responsibilities:
- Daily entry of financial transactions
- Supporting activities in the course of month- and year-end closing
- Responsible for monitoring and executing payments
- Responsible for travel costs, expenses, and cash accounts
- Coordinate facility management and external service providers
- Support the teams on-site and off-site in all administrative and organizational matters.
- Professional organization and administration of the office, including scanning and filing
- Take minutes of meetings
- Prepare and compile valuations and statistics, including researching
Skill-sets and Requirements:
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and German
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Hand-on mentality and willingness to work independently
- Attentive to detail and assertive
Education and Experience:
- Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
- A-Level standard of education
