Role Context:
Infosys BPM is looking for a Norwegian speaker to join its Corporate Action Team. The team covers all equity-related corporate events, including: Cash Dividends, Rights Offerings, Spin Off, Divestiture, Meetings and more, and is responsible for managing, interpreting, improving and reporting content on businesses for stock markets and others interested, including funds. As market complexity increases, managing and reporting business activity in the most efficient and accurate way is top priority. Leveraging deep product knowledge, strong customer relationships and innovative thinking, we constantly strive to develop the best corporate event product. You want to be on the team?
Your tasks include:
Using your analytical capabilities to improve the coverage and quality of your company's action database, as well as maintaining and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of your data.
Developing and increasing knowledge across all corporate events
Helping our world-renowned customers manage their customer service departments with escalated customer inquiries
Applying problem-solving skills to identify innovative opportunities for improvement and implement technology solutions to improve our processes and software
Working closely with our customer and product development teams to contribute to the future development and strategic direction of the product
Managing large and complex data projects related to business events
Taking ownership and being active with key responsibilities.
We are looking for you who have:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, accounting, computer science, economics or administration. Work experience can compensate for lack of education.
Excellent English and fluent skills in one of the following languages; German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish
Strong interpersonal and customer relationship-building capabilities
Ability to work efficiently and with tight deadlines
Previous experience or strong knowledge and understanding of corporate finance
Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing environment
In addition, there is a plus if you have:
Project management experience
Great interest in information management and technology and product development
A background in the stock market with additional knowledge of corporate events (M&A, distributions, etc.) will also be an advantage.
