As a Technical Support Agent, you must:

Maintain client relations through product support over the phone and emails
Provide customers with product knowledge
Effectively handle all incoming incidents
Collect knowledge from customers and be responsible for troubleshooting problems

Don't worry, you don't need to have telemarketing experience. You may have experience from customer service in stores, shopping centres, kiosks, as a brand ambassador and many other service industries.

Working conditions

Full-time (39 hours per week) and a permanent, long-term contract.
From 09:00 to 20:00, Monday to Sunday (changing times and either off on a weekday or a weekend day)
Location: Barcelona Centre
