As a German Customer Representative located in the beautiful city of Lisbon (or anywhere in Portugal), you will arrange and manage reservations and customer accounts, provide advice concerning hotel bookings, reply to queries and manage complaints. All this while working for one of the most well-known companies in the business!

This position entails the following

• Help the clients with booking, doubts, upgrades, last-minute requests and reschedulings
• 90% of the clients are Americans so the agents need also to speak English fluently
• 80% Chat, but they can receive some call or emails
• If needed, call the hotels explaining the client demands
• Will assist customers and hotel partners mostly via email but also via phone regarding customer bookings and demands
• Working hours: We need someone who is available for shift work as the working hours will be 8h shifts during 24h 7 days a week

We are looking for someone with the following criteria

• Fluent German (C1/C2), written and spoken
• Fluent English (C1/C2), written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills; 
• Known for your attention to detail and dynamics; 
• Enjoys challenges and currently looking to join an exciting multinational company. 
• Previous experience in customer Support (preferable)
