We are looking for an experienced leader to lead our French Billing Team of 10 – 15 people.
Your scope of responsibilities will cover:
Managing the day-to-day activities and setting clear team goals
Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires and motivates the team
Supporting your team's professional development
Participating and/or leading projects
Inspiring and engaging the team to reach high performance
Solving in-coming daily business together with your team and peers
Be a key contact person for our French speaking colleagues
Active French and English language (C1 level)
Experience in organizing and leading a team for at least 2 years
Knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point)
Interest in people development and people orientation
Positive attitude to people
Organizational and time management skills
Strong decision making skills
Ability to analyze data
Experience from Shared Service environment - preferred
Basic wage component from 2000 EUR / month gross based on relevant experience and language skills
