We are looking for an experienced leader to lead our French Billing Team of 10 – 15 people.

Your scope of responsibilities will cover:

• Managing the day-to-day activities and setting clear team goals

• Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires and motivates the team

• Supporting your team's professional development

• Participating and/or leading projects

• Inspiring and engaging the team to reach high performance

• Solving in-coming daily business together with your team and peers

• Reporting KPIs

• Be a key contact person for our French speaking colleagues

Requirements:

• Active French and English language (C1 level)

• Experience in organizing and leading a team for at least 2 years

• Knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point)

• Leadership qualities

• Interest in people development and people orientation

• Positive attitude to people

• Organizational and time management skills

• Detail orientation

• Strong decision making skills

• Ability to analyze data

• Experience from Shared Service environment - preferred
