Working in Tallinn

The Role

In the role you will be replying to phone and email calls when the clients of payment providers have questions regarding invoicing or technical issues. The team is divided into the invoicing and technical teams and employees trained fully into the roles in 4 weeks time. Therefore, we are not looking for someone that has all the experience, but for someone that is comfortable when working with computers and has a great learning attitude.

However, to apply for this job you must fulfill the following conditions:

• Fluency in Finnish
• Other Nordic language knowledge will be considered as an asset
• Good knowledge of English
• Very good communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Possibility to work in shifts and weekends
