Head of Affiliates ,Limassol ,Cyprus

We are a fast-growing global provider of software and technological solutions to our vast portfolio of clients across the globe and we are currently seeking to recruit a Head of Affiliates to join our expanding team based in Limassol.

Job description (actual day to day tasks)

• Managing a team of affiliate managers
• Meeting lead incoming quality and quantity related targets for company and company clients.
• Establishing a close communication with top company traffic providers while working towards increasing joint business activity
• Owning and managing an ongoing optimization process to improve both buying and selling traffic related activities.
• Managing and increasing Recruiting of new affiliates in order to increase traffic portfolio
• Improve and Owen the process affiliate managers Negotiate tactics and improve close deals with new affiliates
• Monitor personal affiliate managers portfolio to make sure company goals are meet
• Representing the company in affiliate and, marketing related convention around the world
• Handling the company current big affiliates
• Investigate, check and update about different changes in type of incoming traffic trends and or differences in type of used creative (new funnels, high end offers, traffic sources, ETC’)
• Establish Reports and campaign reviews procedure

  Professional requirements

  Must

• English – high level
• Experience in managing an affiliate team / media buying team from / finance/crypto at least 1 year
• Good Word, Excel skills
• good understanding of internet marketing activity
• good level excels
• good understanding of performance-based traffic related activity

• Higher Experience level in crypto affiliate industry, (working with many affiliates,
• high end job experience, working history in an industry related affiliate network
• Basic/good technical knowledge
• Has its own affiliate portfolio
• Previews activity with google analytics, AdSense, AdWords or Facebook business manager
