The role

• Screen and interview candidates for positions abroad with our clients
• Create job postings and advertise them on social media and other platforms
• Proactively source candidates on LinkedIn and other CV databases
• Conduct phone / Skype / face-to-face interviews with candidates
• Participate in meetings to define job requirements
• You will be involved in recruiting primarily French speakers (in sales, marketing, operations, etc.) for our clients all over Europe!
• Administration work

Who we're looking for

• You have an education in recruitment, HR, sales or similar
• You are motivated by results and efficiency
• You can communicate in French fluently - both written and spoken.  If you speak more languages then that is an advantage!
• You are looking for an international career.  Work is your priority and passion.
• A can-do attitude with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• You are eager to learn new things every day!
