We are hiring a French-speaking customer support agent for an international client in Lisbon, Portugal!

Tasks:

- As a brand representative for consumer goods companies, you will be required to assist customers who purchase products online and drive brand awareness after an in-store purchase, bringing customers back

- After Sales Support to individual customers;

- Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media;

- Advise customers on the existing product range;

- Resolve various situations related to internet orders, loyalty card, prices, product payments, refunds... ;

- Manage expectations and complaints in a positive and diplomatic manner.

Profile:

- European passport or European identity or work permit for Portugal.

- Fluent in French, intermediate in English;

- Availability: Monday to Sunday - 8am-8pm

- Good computer skills;

- BAC diploma (preferred);

- Experience in customer relationship management (preferred)

- Excellent communication skills;

- Active listening skills, empathy and diplomacy;

- Good time management skills;

- Team player and flexibility
