Overview

The role of the Swedish Affiliate Manager is to be responsible for maintaining the good relationships with current affiliates and research, recruit and activate new affiliate partners in order to maximize revenue potential. This person will have key responsibilities within Swedish speaking affiliates but will still have responsibilities across other markets and on a multibrand level. 

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, monitoring performance and implementing strategies to maximize the revenue.
• Research, source, evaluate, onboard and approve new affiliates and partners to the program.
• Monitor, carry out analysis and report on results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports.
• Manage affiliate reactivation and also work with the CRM team to target inactive players through specific affiliate campaigns and promotions.
• Handle day-to-day communications with affiliates.
• Initialize, develop and maintain accurate and relevant affiliation reports for the Head of Affiliates.
• Carry out regular and extensive competitor analysis.
• Plan presence and participation at industry events, following through with post-event reports and feedback to the Head of Affiliates.
• Administrative tasks within affiliation.
• Own your cluster of affiliates and your main market and brand and report results back to Head of Affiliates and relative VP’s.
• Be up-to-date about Swedish market and it’s regulation and report about it to Head of Affiliates and relative VP’s.

Requirements

• Native level Swedish speaker, English working proficiency
• Knowledge of the IGaming affiliate market
• Previous IGaming experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient MS Office (especially excel) and Mac skills
• Strong people and relationship building skills
• Able to define, structure and prioritise their workload and with the flexibility and capability to change when required
• Desire to be part of building the future
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Good at time management and organisational skills
• Ability to use data as source of information
• Previous experience within affiliation
• Experience within branding and awareness campaigns would be considered an asset
