More about the position
As an Accounting Manager with us, you will be responsible for human resources and coordinating the daily work. As we are a start-up firm, you will have the opportunity to shape and build your own team. You will be responsible for planning day-to-day accounting, financial statements and reconciliations with clients, as well as ensuring targets are met for other staff.
Your role will include
Human Resources
Coordination of daily work
Planning of financial statements and annual reports
Providing qualified advice on financial issues such as budgeting and costing
Responsible for the development of the accounting department as we are in a strong growth phase and growing rapidly
Participate in the business development of our services
Reporting to management and monitoring KPIs
Participate in the budgeting and development of the company
Your profile
You have a degree in economics from a college or university at a relevant level and a few years of experience working with accounting in an accounting firm. We also expect you to have had previous experience of working with accounting in a management role.
To be successful in this role, you need to have high interpersonal skills, good leadership skills and be easy to work with. You will have a strong sense of professional commitment and be driven to influence and drive your own, the office's and your clients' development. You are structured and appreciate order and tidiness.
