A CFO and Shareholder of a worldwide real estate development company require an experienced Personal Assistant.
Based in Sliema, Malta, the position comes with a very attractive salary.
- talk to customers
- write e-mails
- make phone calls
- make appointments and take care of organizational tasks (including travel plan & travel schedule).
- Formulating texts in business english.
- Business English is required. Good skills in MS office.
- As we have international offices the willingness to travel with us on business must be present.
- 2nd language: Spanish. (Related to our projects in Canary Islands, Caribbean islands , south-America).
- Russian, german, Mandarin is welcome too.
