Brand Manager
Overview of Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, we require candidates who live and breath their product.
If hired as one of our Brand Managers, you will be the go to person for anything and everything associated with your brand. You will know the admin system back to front, know the roadmap, understand your customer base and work with C-level management to achieve tough, but realistic targets set by shareholders. This is a hugely exciting role for someone with relevant Brand Management experience to join us as we edge closer to spending 8 figure budgets on marketing to drive traffic to your brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the day to day management of your brand, ensuring it is always operating at optimal capacity
- Work with the marketing teams to plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns
- Understand your brand, target audience and customer base to grow and improve revenue
- Work with technical teams to understand the capabilities of your brand for the purpose of growth and improvement
- Be the sole point of contact for senior management for questions relating to your brand
- Always be prepared to answer questions about plans for your brand, be it relating to technical improvements, changes or day to day operations
- Work with the COO to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Work with the Customer Support team to ensure a world class experience, even at the worst times of a customer journey
- Work with 3rd party suppliers, maintaining strong relationships at all times
Key Skills
- Extensive experience in the Online Gambling industry a positive
- Strong Brand Management experience with a track record of delivering results
- Good experience of planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, listening skills, and an articulate presenter
- Excellent writing proficiency and content creation skills

- Previous experience of working at board level would be advantageous
