Responsibilities:
Define the key acquisition channels and secure opportunities of acquiring new customers.
Manage the online acquisition activities inc. SEO, Affiliates and Media and provide reporting.
Onboarding and management of affiliate and media partners, with full P&L responsibility for the affiliate program, organic and paid search traffic.
Taking care of key affiliates with help from the Affiliate Team.
Tracking, reporting and interpreting key online performance metrics to optimise acquisition, traffic and conversion.
Work with internal and external partners to evolve marketing reporting, ensuring all necessary tracking is implemented, tested and working.
Building dashboards and reports for acquisition channels.
Managing and analysing the traffic sources and campaign budgets.
Control the acquisition budget by managing it as necessary across the year.
Initiating and introducing new and diverse acquisition channels and testing new solutions.
Constantly looking for opportunities to provide good quality traffic.
Ongoing analysis of conversion rates and further optimisation of campaigns to drive ROI.
