Our client is looking for a Swedish Customer Service Agent to join their growing Customer Service Team in Malta! You will be the focal point of contact for their players and will be responsible for pro-actively engaging with their players, identifying, supporting and driving an amazing gaming experience to their players and preventing poor customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
Nurture and support player relationships via phone, e-mail and live chat
Seek resolutions to players’ queries and issues whilst actively striving to achieve “the correct answer” across all channels
Support and contribute to their CRM infrastructure
Actively share player knowledge and participate in the planning of player engagement initiatives
Monitor and assist in the alignment of campaigns and promotions across all allocated player touch points
Assist with translations, content writing and marketing to ensure that they are delivering the best communication to their players
Contributing new ideas and feedback to keep improving the way they work and exercise your creativity in different ways
Requirements:
Native level of Swedish
Fluent level of written and spoken English
Previous on-line customer service experience
A genuine interest in iGaming
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive mindset and can-do attitude
Willing to learn and go the extra mile
Creative and forward-thinking
Microsoft Office proficient
