German Speaking Enterprise Business Developer
Our client is currently looking for a Business Developer that will be responsible for building a rich pipeline of opportunities, working through different channels in generating valuable leads and pre qualifying them.
He will also be in charge of setting up appointments and finding potential clients for the sales team. This person can be the first step in the prospecting process or through previous campaigning either executed by him or through automated methods and field marketing campaigns. Sales teams rely on this person's persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers.
Primary tools are usually social networks, email and telephone conversations, but eventually might additionally find new business through participation in forums and events.
Manages virtually (by phone, e-mail or social media) a set of assigned or acquired accounts (suspects; not in sales engagement or not current clients) to spur interest and create a lead opportunity.
Maintains a bespoke professional conversation being the ambassador for our client brand in front of a number of prospects
Plans and is normally present in the introductory meetings and hands over the relationship to a Business Development Executive.
Builds, maintains and forecasts prospect pipeline informing the CRM system on progress.
Sets and executes lead development / field marketing strategies on prospection for assigned portion of account, territory or industry vertical.
Generates, qualifies and reviews new leads.
Supports creation and development of account plans.
Bachelor’s degree in any of the following or related areas: Marketing, Business Studies.
Two years related work experience in Online Sales, Business Development or in consulting with a clear understanding of principles of consultative sales.
German and English proficiency both required
High emotional intelligence
Strong presentation, analytical and problem solving skills
Passionate about sales and business growth, with a desire to learn and develop
Strong sales results in any current and previous sales roles
