Casino Product Innovation Manager - PORTO

Main responsibilities:

Evaluate, manage, monitor and optimize the Casino game schedules to continually improve performance of our margin and revenue.
Responsible for new releases and making sure these are within the company standards and guidelines.
Develop and implement a Casino strategy to deliver financial and non-financial KPIs as well as market leading product development for all channels and all websites.
Manage the Casino Product Executive, developing their knowledge and expertise, and ensuring a clear success on the events and main dates planned.
Optimize user experience across registration, games offering and support.
You will own the Casino product roadmap, including gathering requirements, business development requests, implementation management and prioritization.
Drive new product development and identify ideal Casino product strategy, inspire and support the design team to deliver product enhancement and innovation for Casino.
Regularly review competitors in the marketplace and report, comparing the Casino KPI performances and making recommendations to increase the Casino product offering
Support the Digital Marketing and Chat and CRM teams to deliver product focused marketing activities to deliver the required financial KPIs.

Qualifications
Passionate about casino games.
Online Casino product experience or experience in day to day ecommerce product operations.
Innovative mindset and results oriented
Proactive to find new solutions but analytical approach towards the business
Marketing background would be ideal
Excellent communication and interpersonal influencing skills both in Portuguese and English
Strong Ability working relationships with people across the business as well as third parties.
