One of our established iGaming operator clients are looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Support Supervisor to manager their Dutch Customer Service Operations team in Malta!
They are looking to hire someone who has a desire and passion to coach, develop and motivate others. This role will include identifying development areas which will help the progression of team leaders and their day-to-day responsibilities too.
You must be willing to work as part of a team, whilst being able to demonstrate your adaptability and willingness to embrace new tasks within this diverse role.
Responsibilities:
Coach and develop a group of team leaders to ensure delivery of the highest level of customer service
Prepare and undertake coaching and feedback sessions
Create SMART PDPs for team leaders
Assist with escalated issues relating to customers, site and applications
Assist with managerial tasks
Requirements:
Fluent verbal and written communication in Dutch and English
Experience managing a customer support team in an online environment or call centre
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
Able to embrace change and lead by example
Passionate and enthusiastic for providing outstanding customer service at all times
Able to problem solve and find solutions efficiently
Competent literacy and numeracy skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
Must be prepared to work five days a week from seven including weekends
