Our iGaming client based in Malta is looking to add a Head of Digital to their team! You will be responsible for the strategic implementation of the all the Digital Marketing for their brands across multiple markets.
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a team of employees in reaching their objectives
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns
Manage budgets for different channels and analyze their performance
Execute acquisition marketing strategies
Implement new tools, processes and structures to better the performance of the digital marketing campaigns
Set-up strategies and execute multi-channel media buying across countries and continents with your team and also third-party agencies
Build relationships with third party agencies and work closely with them to deliver strategic initiatives
Report performance and present to C-Level
Requirements:
Strong work experience in a similar role within the Igaming industry
In depth knowledge of Digital Marketing
Experience with Google Analytics
Experience in reporting ROI and able to work on short- and long-term budgeting
Good communication skills and also possess good negotiation skills
Good management skills, a great self-motivator and can work independently
Approachable and able to build rapports and collaborate with multiple teams
Able to break down complex processes and to explain clearly
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Masters or bachelor’s degree in marketing or any other related studies
