We are looking for a Senior Casino Back-End Product expert with an awesome understanding of the gaming industry, gaming environments and the components therein to join one of our clients based in Malta.
You will be reporting to the Head of Products and will be in-charge of defining our clients back-office gaming platform, writing detailed specifications as user stories and supporting the development teams through the entire development cycle, from ideation to delivery and KPIs measurements.
The job requires a deep understanding in Gaming platform components, bonus flows, payments, games integrations and more.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Head of products to define their gaming platform and features
Define and analyze business requirements and write detailed and comprehensive user stories
Master the creation of functional specifications as stories for the development teams, ensuring the stories flow throughout the product development life cycle to ensure quality and timely delivery
Manage and own the product Backlog and support the developers through the agile development process
Manage integrations with 3rd party game providers and Backoffice tools
Requirements:
3+ years of product management experience with proven knowledge and experience in developing gaming systems and back-office platforms
A deep understanding of the Gaming/Casino environments, including Bonus systems, payment systems, financial reporting, regulations and system integrations
A Solid technical background with understanding of software development life cycle and web technologies
Proven experience working in an Agile-scrum environment
A Team player with high level of communication skills.
Fluent English language skills
Experience in web technologies, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS are an advantage
Experience working with prototyping tools is an advantage
Experience with conducting user interviews and analyzing user behavior, considered an advantage
Experience with BI and analytics tools, considered an advantage
