Our client is multiple brand casino operator with office in the heart of Sliema. They are growing their team and are currently looking to hire VIP Account Manager focusing on English speaking customers, including areas like Canada and New Zealand.
Due to current pandemic situation the company is offering their employees remote working environment, but they are looking into going back to the office in few months.

Responsibilities:
Delivering a high level of VIP service essentially via Phone & email / chats
Constantly monitoring player satisfaction levels
Create added value by identifying and maximizing sales opportunities
Ensuring growth in VIP Revenue
Calling VIP & Potential VIP Customers on a daily basis with sales offers to increase revenue
Ability to think outside the box
Able to make quick and efficient decisions
Creating long term player relationships
Making all our players happy in a fast-paced environment
Welcoming new VIP Players with a personal touch
Strong communicator as well as instinctive solution provider
Taking on board feedback, learning and constantly enhancing your already incredible skills
Ability to prioritize work and make sure that targets are met on a monthly basis
Identifying High Value VIP players & upgrading them to Premium & Prestige VIP
Identifying Brand New VIP players and contacting them immediately
Working independently and being trusted to make decisions to improve player satisfaction and Monthly results

Requirements:
You have great English language skills, both spoken and written
Previous experience in a similar position and iGaming background
You have experience and a passion in dealing with customers
Confident and very Pro-Active!
Independent and able to make decisions on the spot – enhancing business values
