Our client focuses on international markets and is looking for Senior CRM Manager who will lead the customer relationship strategy, communications and campaign execution.
The Senior CRM Manager will be responsible for managing the CRM/Retention campaigns calendar as well as automated player journeys across the Group’s brands. It is vital to be creative in this role and to have a strong knowledge of CRM. If you are interested in sports betting, this will be an additional benefit to the wider CRM Team.
Responsibilities:
Keeping and reactivating players through open (global) and closed (segmented) campaigns.
Create retention offers and campaigns suitable for specific markets.
Develop communication strategies, incorporating segmentation, personalisation and targeting.
Collaborate with internal and external parties to develop and execute end-to-end campaigns.
Plan and evaluate within budgets and deadlines the marketing campaigns of various customer segments.
Make sure that the communication to customer segments is being sent according to the planned schedule.
Basic analysis and reporting on completed campaigns.
Strengthen acquisitions and conversions by building an appropriate customer path.
Actively participate in setting up customer journeys and follow them closely.
Act as a first-hand contact for any related CRM promotions towards other departments.
Use practical knowledge of communication touchpoints (e.g. mailing, SMS, push).
Close cooperation with other departments in the field of tool integration and the introduction of new services, products and functionalities relevant to CRM.
Requirements:
Previous experience in working on marketing automation tools such as Optimove, Cutomer.io and other tools relevant to CRM activities is appreciated.
Extensive CRM experience within iGaming industry is required.
