Our client’s Casino Team is focused on international markets and working towards further growth of Gaming Group beyond the traditional markets. We are looking for a Casino Manager to strengthen the Casino Team, particularly regarding customer retention, intra-departmental alignment & knowledge-sharing, product development and market-specific strategy execution.
Responsibilities:
Joint responsibility for maintenance and development of online Casino, Live Casino
Delegate unto, guide and mentor the Casino Coordinator & Casino oriented CRM manager in both the day-to-day tasks and overall industry knowledge and strategy.
Definition and delegation of marketing strategies. This includes the team oversight of campaign briefing, defining customer segments together with CRM agent, brainstorming with copywriters and designers, signing off assets and marketing materials and duly reporting and evaluating results.
Follow and contribute to improve internal processes and strategies connected to life cycle management and churn prevention with a special focus on key segments.
Work towards product roadmap development and implementation.
Close cooperation with other departments in the field of tool integration and the introduction of new services and products
Innovatively explore new ideas, trends and developments within the industry. Be part of the decision group for prioritization of tasks and initiatives within our roadmaps based on this.
Assess game and supplier placement and promotional strategies based on popularity, localization and cost-benefit considerations.
Work with BI Analyst to delegate, execute and progressively sharpen KPI reporting
Joint responsibility for budget/P&L reporting, management and strategy
Requirements:
Previous experience within Casino / Live Casino management related role.
It is vital for this role to be creative and to have strong knowledge and interest in the casino industry.
A solid mastery of English is required.
Fluency in Finnish and/or Estonian is considered an extra asset.
