Our client’s Casino Team is focused on international markets and working towards further growth of Gaming Group beyond the traditional markets. We are looking for a Casino Games and Upsell Specialist to strengthen the Casino Team, particularly regarding the management of casino game releases, coordination of casino-related operations, and customer upsell & outreach.
These are core facets of casino operations and you will contribute sincerely to strategic insights, procedural optimization & the general gelling of both the core teams and interdepartmental cooperation.
Responsibilities:
Management of the games roadmap for all markets and all related internal/external procedural elements.
Implementation of game releases and cooperative testing
Liaising with game providers regarding exclusive and network campaigns, new games and general game information,
Assess game and supplier placement and promotional strategies based on popularity, localization and cost/benefit considerations
Assist the Casino Manager in devising bonus and communications plans that are simple, effective and manageable
Joint ownership of certain CMS elements related to games and anything related to game released on front end (bonus engines, tournaments, automated promo tools etc.)
Work with our BI Analyst to delegate, execute and progressively sharpen KPI reporting regarding both game trends & upsell/retention analysis
Innovatively explore new ideas, trends and developments within the industry. Be part of the decision group for prioritization of tasks and initiatives within our roadmaps based on this
Requirements:
Varied and relevant experience within online casino is required
Finnish and/or Estonian native language skills would be a major bonus but are not a requirement for this role.
