Key Duties:

-Working as part of a team to achieve personal and team revenue objectives

-Building relationships with Advertisers and Partners via both inbound and outbound lead data sources

-Identifying and reaching out to potential business contacts to start and drive the sales process

-Using creative sales strategies and a variety of outreach tools to generate more contacts and sales opportunities

-Ensuring the achievement of agreed sales targets, KPI’s goals and objectives

-Identifying process improvements to increase lead quantity and quality and efficiency

-Attending training and committing to personal development and furthering of expertise for promotion opportunities

Requirements:

-Full professional proficiency in Dutch, German, French, Swedish, Finnish, Danish or Norwegian (C2 level) and advanced English (minimum C1) in both speaking and writing

-1 year of previous direct sales experience (previous digital marketing experience is highly desirable)

-Strong sales focus and drive to succeed

-Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise a high amount of leads and communications

-Comfortable with technology with a particular affinity for online/digital marketing

-Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including exceptional professional telephone and video conferencing presence and etiquette

-Team player with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the team’s success

-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google’s G-suite collaboration and presentation tools and CRM
