One of our iGaming clients based in Malta are hiring a Head of Revenue Optimisation to join their team. This is a new position within the organisation where you will be responsible for using your knowledge to influence business decisions that improve the efficiency of their operations and ultimately result in generating more revenue.
Responsibilities:
Act as a true business partner to top management by coordinating and consulting on all financial and business aspects
Actively play a strategic role in decision making together with the rest of the management team, by creating excellent relationships whilst at the same time challenging certain decisions
Drive business by identifying new opportunities for revenue growth
Actively assist in designing and formulating the company's strategy and future direction with the ultimate goal of increasing revenue generation
Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans, forecasts, and workflows
Develop, plan and maintain budgeting processes and procedures
Direct and coordinate the preparation of budget and forecast programmes with all internal stakeholders
Manage the capital request and budgeting processes whilst developing key performance measures that support the company's strategic direction
Create and monitor financial KPIs at group and departmental level, address certain shortcomings to local Management and help the business to develop respective solutions to maximise performance to reach/exceed targets
Clearly define financial contribution to company by each individual department
Prepare periodical reports for the board
Provide comprehensive information with deep analysis to help the business take the right decisions e.g. comparing different business models, profitability calculations for different investment options and/or business direction
Provide accurate monthly financial reporting and analysis to the leadership team in a timely fashion
Promptly react on ad hoc requests coming from Group or department level
Recruit and manage a team of professionals, whose scope will be to assist yourself, the department and the company in achieving their objectives, particularly in terms of revenue generation
Requirements:
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
Master’s in Business Administration or Economics
A strong Economics background with experience in Funding Economics
5 years’ experience in a similar role within a large corporation and familiar with high volume transactions – Experience within iGaming, telecommunications, Fintech or Forex sector preferred
Experience in partnering with an executive team with the ability to have his/her voice heard
Strong experience in analytics, driving revenue, and economic models
Track record in creating, developing, implementing and monitoring KPIs
Experience in implementing procedures and processes within the organization
Team Management experience and experience in attracting and recruiting top quality finance professionals considered a big plus!

Tactful and polite but assertive when required
Outstanding presentation skills and able to present at short notice
Willing to travel internationally as needed
