The Role

We believe that attitude and personality are more important than previous work experience. For this reason, we do not look into your previous work experience when we seek future customer service representatives but instead evaluate your communication skills and logical thinking. However, to apply for this job you must fulfil the following conditions:

• Fluency in both Finnish- and Swedish
• Other Nordic language knowledge will be considered as an asset
• Good knowledge of English
• Very good communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Possibility to work in shifts and weekends
