Assist Team Leader on supervision of the team;
Answer questions from team members and resolve issues;
Work along the team, by helping customers to repay their loan;
Answer customer’s questions via phone, chat, SMS or email;
Looking for ways to increase collection performance;
Suggest improvements for our back office system;
Analyze team and agent performance;
Work closely with Team Leader to improve working procedures;
Most importantly, putting customers at the heart of everything you do.
